In Payt you have the option to offer an online payment link to your debtors via one of our linked Payment Service Providers (PSPs). This link will then be sent with every reminder and notice sent via Payt. If Payt also sends out your invoices, the link will also be included with every invoice.

You can add this link by going to your administration settings and then to 'Payments'.

Step 1. In the 'Payments' screen you will see our payment service providers and you will have the option to create an account with one of them. If you choose Mollie, go to step 2a and skip step 2b. If you choose Pay, continue from step 2b.

Mollie
Step 2a. If you choose Mollie, you will have to create a Mollie account. During this process you will be asked to provide various documents, such as a Chamber of Commerce excerpt and proof of identification. You can add those documents by logging into your Mollie account.

Pay
Step 2b. If you choose Pay, you will need to start a contract with Pay. During this process you will be asked to provide various documents, such as a Chamber of Commerce excerpt and proof of identification. After you have completed this registration, you will receive an email with the online agreement. If certain documents are still missing, you will receive a notification by e-mail. You will usually receive this within an hour.

Step 3. Once your signup is complete you can activate online payments in the Payments section of your administration settings. From that moment, an online payment link will be included in email that Payt sends out to your debtors.

By default for Mollie and Pay, only the Dutch iDEAL payment method is active. However, it is also possible to offer other payment methods, such as Paypal and Bancontact.

If you use Pay, you can request this through the Payt servicedesk. If you use Mollie, you will have the option to activate a setting in your Mollie account and let the Payt servicedesk know extra payment methods will be enabled.

If this does not work out or if you would like information about the advantages and disadvantages of a particular party, please let us know. If you choose for Pay, you will receive an invoice from Payt, not an invoice from payment provider Pay. With a Pay connection, any iDeal payments are also transferred directly to your account.
