When you return from your holiday, you can resume your administration yourself. First you have to go to the dashboard of the administration. Resuming the administration can be done in the 'Administration settings' => 'Invoicing'. By selecting 'Active' and pressing the 'Save changes' button you will completely resume the administration. Remember to click the 'Save changes' button at the bottom of the page.
If your administration was paused because of problems with importing your data, make sure to check if the issue has been resolved. If the import reports an error relating to a debtor or invoice, that particular debtor or invoice will not be imported into Payt. If the issue remains unresolved, there is a distinct risk of invoices or reminders being sent when they should not have.
If you see the administration has been locked, as shown in the picture below, it is not possible to resume the administration yourself. You can contact our service desk for help, by clicking the message button on the right and starting a new conversation.
