If you have moved locations its important to adjust your contact info as soon as possible. This contact info is communicated to your own debtors.

Which contact info can you adjust yourself?

On the dashboard of your administration, you can click through to administration settings. You will then be taken to the 'Contact info' page. There are a number of details that you can adjust yourself, for example your address and letter data.

Don't forget to click the 'Save changes' button at the bottom of the page.

What information should Payt adjust for you?

Within the 'Payments' tab, you will see the bank details of your administration. These bank details can only be adjusted by Payt. Your BIC data can also only be adjusted by Payt. If these details need to be changed, please contact our servicedesk.
